1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and personal care items are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at info@t2ocreation.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Refunds

If approved, amount will be credited in original payment method in 7-10 business days
